have been a bit down these days
burrowing into myself, wishing things will just go away
but nothing will beat the friends i have who have listened to my often illogical whining and were cool with my general moroseness.

at the very least, i have a clarity of mind like nv before and i suprise myself at the control i can exert over myself. sometimes all we need is a good face to face talk with a sympathetic listener.

hearing my misery (self inflicted or not) in words makes my misery smaller, tangible and therefore surmountable. it is merely so much
